Mr Max Rasquinha, Distinguished Toast Master interacted with the budding gaveliers of SJEC-MBA on 21st December, 2009 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. He spoke about the importance of toastmasters and how it has helped him to build his personality. He also interacted with the faculty members of SJEC-MBA.Rev. Fr Valerian D'Souza, Director, SJEC and Dr. Prakash Pinto, Dean - MBA, SJEC were present for the programme. There was presentation of speeches prepared by the students and the chartered Gavel Club will be starting from 1st January, 2010.
Mr Max Rasquinha has served as a toastmaster for over 30 years. Ever since Max Rasquinha stepped down from his position as a District Governor of Houston, Texas, he has actively established Toastmasters leadership programs in several prisons of Texas where hundreds of men and women are now being benefited in developing leadership qualities so that they are fully reconciled from their past and get fully prepared for a “re-entry” program in the real world.
