The Graduation Day of the 2nd batch of MBA students of SJEC was held on October 30, 2010 at 10.30am in the Seminar Hall of the Mechanical Block. Dr Martin Jebraj, Principal, Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bangalore and Dean of Student Affairs, VTU, was the Chief Guest of the function.He called upon the graduates to come out of their individual thinking and develop the team spirit because the present day requires them to excel as a team. He made an ardent appeal to the brilliant among them to come to the teaching profession.Guest of Honour Dr Solomon Ravikumar asked the students to make the right choice by listening to their inner voice. Rev. Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, Presided over the function and called upon the students to practice the ideals learnt in SJEC, be accountable to their inner voice and to society.
Director Fr Valerian D’Souza brought out a volley of memories and extended his good wishes to the graduating students. Principal Dr Joseph Gonsalvis welcomed the gathering and Ms Shakila B proposed the vote of thanks.
