The St Joseph Engineering College is celebrating its decennial year and the college has the prime motto, Service and Excellence. In this context the present conference-2012 will provide a forum that stimulates a discussion on the above said theme by providing great opportunity for policy makers, researchers, practicing managers, academicians to think firmly and present their models and views over contemporary issues prevailing in the world of competitiveness.
