Colloquy - 12: A Symposium on Consumer Rights on 28 September 2012

Modern business is an integral part of current day society and has embarked the consumer world into an entirely new dimension. As consumers it is of utmost importance to be conscious of our rights and make full use of them as well as to be protected from unscrupulous trade practices.
